Digital Maturity Assessment 2.0

Our Digital Maturity Assessment Tool aims to evaluate your firm`s maturity regarding your ongoing digital modernisation. Once you have completed this assessment, Avertim will be able to give you relevant and actionable recommendations in order to improve the digital maturity of your company.

This assessment consists of around 80 questions, all linked to digital maturity and it will take you approximately one hour to complete. Once you have started the workflow, you will have to complete the full assessment in one session. Please take your time to answer and try to be as accurate as possible, in order for us to provide you with an adapted analysis.

Please note that data privacy rules are applied all along the process.

Our vision of digital maturity

Digital transformation is a long and challenging process affecting all aspects of business, at all levels of the organization. A Digital Maturity Assessment evaluates the standards, tools, processes and culture of a company in terms of digitalisation. It therefore serves as a source of documentation, guidance and metrics to measure good practices. At Avertim, we are convinced that a well-established Digital Maturity Assessment is a strategic asset in decision-making.

Our evaluation model

Avertim defines the maturity of your digitalisation based on 5 functionalities and 3 main pillars. Below you will find an overview of our digital maturity model: the matrix allows a holistic overview and provides analytical, understandable and visual results that highlight the "quick wins" and the more structural changes that need to be implemented for your digital maturity.
